swapshop attracts thrifty swappers from all over. With good weather prevailing the
swapshop will be in the garden so come down and swap till you drop in the sunshine!

The evening combines a whole host of crafty activities into one night of “make do and mend”
madness! As well as a huge swapshop (bring up 10 items),
dressmaker Bear will be doing alterations
at our live demo‘s or get hands-on advice about your swaps!
Barley from the fab little shop “Fabrications” (www.fabrications1.co.uk)
will have a stall with her cute “re-think rubbish” kits where you can make your own rossette to jazz up your swaps!
That great haberdashery Beyond-fabrics (www.beyond-fabrics.com) will also be participating selling their unique retro trims and fabrics. You can also join the “stitch and bitch” girls for a knitting workshop or if you prefer, try your hand at cross-stitch. You could even win a fabulous retro sewing box stuffed full of bits and bobs on the recessionista raffle! Come along and make do, mend and mingle!!! |
